Paulmarken Holmberg has assisted the founders of Swestock paper AB in forming the company and designing the investment structure.
Swestock paper is a global distributor of second-hand sorted paper and cardboard from the Swedish paper industry. From the office in Oppboga, just outside Örebro, they reach customers all over the world.
The assignment has, among other things, included analysis, presentation and negotiation of structure and conditions for loan and owner financing, preparation of shareholder agreements that regulate conditions for active and passive shareholders and other documentation in the formation of the company.
