Paulmarken Holmberg has assisted Askestock Förvaltning AB throughout the entire sales process of Re-board Technology AB
– It feels very fun to end the year by announcing the sale of Re-board Technology, where we had overall responsibility as a commercial advisor during the autumn, says Marcus Holmberg, partner at Paulmarken Holmberg.
Paulmarken Holmberg has had overall responsibility for the sales process. The assignment has included in-depth analysis of the company, the business model and the market, preparation of an information memorandum, contacts with and presentations for potential buyers, coordination of company visits, due diligence and Q & As and final negotiations of the deal.
Re-board manufactures and markets internationally an environmentally friendly and unique board material based on cardboard. The company is headquartered and has a factory in Norrköping. The buyer is Investmentbolaget K4 Sweden AB, Karnell, which has acquired the majority of the shares.
