Paulmarken Holmberg has assisted LK Systems in connection with LK Systems’ investment in Labtrino. Labtrino has developed an ultrasonic-based water meter that gives property owners and residents individual feedback on how much water is consumed. LK Systems is a leader in the Nordic region in solutions for heating and tap water. Paulmarken Holmberg’s assignment has among other things consisted of identifying the transaction, company analysis regarding Labtrino, contract negotiations, preparation of contract documentation and assistance in implementing the investment.
