We highlight the company’s full potential when negotiating the value of the company. We work with different valuation models and forecasting tools and we adapt our working method to each customer’s unique needs. We are used to handling financial issues and structures as well as procuring different types of financing solutions.
Operational experience and understanding of our clients’ operations is an important key to being able to carry out a successful corporate business in the best possible way. We have many years of experience in leading and managing companies, both as employees and as owners from many different industries.
We also have many years of legal experience from working at some of Sweden’s largest law firms. No external lawyers therefore need to be hired to carry out transfers or raising capital.
As a customer, you get access to our network of contacts with buyers and investors throughout Sweden and internationally. Our network extends to most industries with both industrial and financial buyers. The network enables us to quickly identify, assess and enter into negotiations with the right buyer. The corporate transactions we work with are usually worth between 20 and 200 million SEK. The total transaction value so far is approximately 3 billion SEK.

The company was founded in 2010 (then with the name ARD) and our employees have together carried out over hundreds of company deals. A key to our success is the combined expertise and experience that exists in our team together with an established network of contacts that enable us to quickly identify, assess and initiate negotiations with the right buyer or investor.
Our focus is on companies in industry, trade & service, construction & engineering as well as technology, the Internet and Media. Our clients are companies based in Sweden and international companies with ambitions to carry out transactions in Sweden.
We work from our offices in Stockholm and Örebro
We are members of several international networks and collaborate with foreign industry colleagues as needed.
